We’re extremely exited to announce that we have been chosen as winners of the Helsinki High-Rise competition, alongside construction company YIT Suomi, to develop a new city centre for the Pasila district of Helsinki.

Rainer Mahlamäki has been on the jury for the competition for the National Memorial for the Heavenly Hundred Heroes and Revolution Museum in Kiev, which has just come to a close!

Last night Rainer Mahlamäki was awarded the Helsinki Golden Medal, the highest award given by the City!
The hugely prestigious award was given out as part of Helsinki's 'birthday' celebrations by the Mayor of Helsinki Jan Vapaavuori.
Rainer Mahlamäki is on the jury for this year's Mies van der Rohe Foundation @YTAAward. The exhibition of entrants, award ceremony and a closing debate will all be part of one of the 12 key events at the Venice Biennale 2018!

Notski is our winning proposal for a new upper-secondary school in Heinola, Finland. Aside from its core focus of learning, the school also is to become a social hub for the community – housing civic activities, youth culture and community sports.
