@ThomasCookCares The ‘great’ customer service of Thomas Cook strikes again. After 48 mins on hold...I’m due a refund for being kicked out of extra leg room with no notice....error in processing it apparently. Promised they would phone me straight back @ 4pm. Still waiting!!
@ThomasCookUK Wish we hadn’t booked our holiday with TC!! Worst customer service ever. Three phone calls later (with 25min hold times) and still none the wiser! ‘Delivering an excellent customer experience’...think you might need to change the opening line of your calls! #awful
@ThomasCookCares It doesn’t appear that Thomes Cook ‘cares’. Had 3 different confirmation emails with different flight details. Phoned customer services 3 times and no one knows what’s happening. Maybe you should train your staff to know what’s actually happening! Worst ever!!!
