Destiny was such an experience that, without it, it has been very difficult to go back to solo games, honestly. I still love video games, but it feels strange playing other games knowing we won't be getting any more Destiny content. I know this sounds silly, but that's just how much of a mark this game left on me.

Twitch is killing itself with those pre-roll ads, if I click a stream and the first thing I see are 30 seconds unskippable ads, I'm closing the website.
insane how all it would take is a DLC BASED ON XIVU ARATH to make a fuck ton of money yet they decided to make a star wars dlc IMAGINE THE RAID ARMOR WE COULD HAVE GOTTEN THIS MAKES ME SO ANGRY
@IridiumEagle@PaulTassi The most valuable things I own are things people gifted me who I care about.
Not things that are objectively worth more, like my phone or pc.
(Maybe a bad anlagoy idk)
But you are probably right, we won’t be able to tell anymore very soon. (Sadly)
@IridiumEagle@PaulTassi I am seeing a lot of marathon concept art posted these days from creative people who work on the game.
And there is a lot of people (me included) who appreciate the work of these people.
It’s an emotional thing, people care who made the art/music they enjoy.
1/2🧵
@LowmanLegend I mean especially because during Final shape year they moved further away from powerlevling then ever before.
And to me it felt so good not having to care about it anymore.
Just to make a complete 180 in the worst direction.
Truly one of the decisions of all time lmao.
@Boomfizzle79@blarefox@LUCKYY10P This being said.
The game‘s atmosphere and look suffered a major downgrade from D1 to D2 due to different lighting/graphic design approaches.
D2 lost abit of sauce too with the lighting engine update during beyond light imo.
But not nearly as bad as D1 to D2
@Boomfizzle79@blarefox@LUCKYY10P This is sadly true.
Destinys vibes is at its best when there is a lot of uncertainty.
But you can’t write campaigns on uncertainty. Well you can but not forever.
