Carney riding high in the “polls” took the opportunity to come up with his EU associate membership plan secretly behind Canadians backs.

It puts into question why he really walked away from the US trade deal.

It was far too dramatic of an exit from trade negotiations for it to be any other reason than to ramp up anti-American rhetoric once again before announcing this EU membership just weeks later.

He knows full well how easy it is to manipulate his supporters into thinking every decision he makes is a good one. It’s at cult like levels in Canada.
