@WickedDecent Absolutely. I think you would get more teachers motivated to be better learners themselves and actually enjoy/be able to dive deeper into instruction. I think it would have huge advantages on students also since teachers wouldn’t be worried about 7 other subjects.

@scibri @ZajacSLP Curiosity and innocence. It’s so beautiful how these kids see others at that age and are so accepting. I know I learn from them as much as they learn from me.

@WickedDecent I get so stuck on grade level meaning a certain reading level and being at least average in standards and skills, but I think this time has been eye opening for us. I wish teachers could make choices as to what is grade level. I would make it more developmentally appropriate...

@jennOES2nd I like to find teachers struggling with the same tasks as me and just talk it out, plan together, share resources, or write a prioritizing list! I have to take a break many times and realize the true reason I’m here and that’s my kids!
