@LwandileLanga1@Sinobom It has nothing to do with the presiding officers but everything to do with showing respect to the institution of law. It is precisely this etiquette that must remind judges and lawyers, that when in court they must abandon the self and be professionals.
@Stan17247341@Constitution_94 ...unless if you are making an argument of the counter-majoritarian dilemma. Look...you cannot have the cake and eat it too!
@Stan17247341@Constitution_94 You misconstrue the concept of trias politica. No single body holds/must hold absolute power. There are checks and balances. We are governed by law. The judiciary interprets and applies law. The Constitution is the supreme law. Concourt, the highest court. There is no breach here
@p_polelo@Sentletse Recommendations to The Nowhere Man. Does nothing or assures the public that 'processes' are taking their course (also meaning nothing being done). We are used to this now. A jaded nation; desensitised, disaffected to the core. It's a miracle we even bother to still vote. Alas.
@victordascencao@DuncanWillis11 SA is still awaiting formal feedback from the US Government. No response has come from US yet.
