Damage is done.
The person who posted it apologized, and probably won’t take long for them to move on.
But the actress is the one left to deal with the hate train and her mental state after receiving those hate messages.
I’m not saying constructive criticism isn’t allowed of course it is. We all need it at some point in our lives.
But how we deliver that criticism matters. The way we choose our words can either encourage growth or create unnecessary negativity that spirals far beyond the original intention.
Yes, public figures work under the spotlight. They know people will watch, judge, and comment on what they do. But that doesn’t make them any less human. It doesn’t mean they don’t have feelings.
Because they do.
At the end of the day, they’re just people, just like the rest of us.
Kindness and mindfulness.
Started to feel like something rare to find in people.
Orm: "Honestly, Orm is so confused. I love her (P'Ling) this much, we're this close, but people are so determined to make us fight."🥺
This takes me back to Only You, when Tawan (Ling) got injured. Orm was literally in tears because she was worried about Ling.😭🥺

Yesterday’s podcast reminded me once again that Orm has always been someone who thinks about others more than people often realize.
She shared that there were times when she seriously considered deactivating her X account because she felt mentally exhausted. And yet, every night when the series aired, she was still there. When the fandom aimed for 10M trending posts during Only You, she reposted, shared updates, created content, and joined everyone in supporting the series. Even now, with ILF, despite X’s algorithm making it much harder to reach even 1M posts, she still shows up, joins the trend, and quietly does her part to help the fandom get closer to that goal.
No one asked her to do any of that.
As an actress, doing her job well would already be enough. But Orm has always chosen to do a little more.
Maybe it’s because she understands that those numbers are never just hashtags or impressions. They represent the fans’ excitement, unity, and the memories they’re creating together. And she chooses to be part of those moments.
After listening to the podcast, what I hope for isn’t that Orm keeps pushing herself to stay active on X just to make everyone happy.
I simply hope she always feels that everything she’s done has been more than enough.
If one day she truly wants to step away from social media and take a break, I hope she can do so without feeling guilty. Because the fact that she has continued to stand beside her fans, even while carrying her own exhaustion, is already something incredibly precious.
Sometimes, loving someone isn’t about wanting them to always be present.
It’s about wanting them to be at peace.
And I hope Orm knows this too: just as she has always tried to be there for her fans, there will always be countless fans who choose to stay for her. Whether she trends or not, whether she posts every day or disappears for a while, what makes people love her has never been her tweets.
It’s her kindness, her sincerity, and the way she always thinks of others before herself.🤍
