@Eholmes04 Congratulations! I’m not sure if this message ever stuck. But the fact your last day of school you chose to make some kids day at the park speaks volumes! Thank you for being the person you are! Everything is in front of you! Opportunity awaits! Go Be Great! #OTP
Princeton Community High School senior forward Edwin Holmes (@Eholmes04) has committed to Rend Lake College (@RLC_MBB)! Holmes finished his four-year prep career as a Tiger with 1,439 points, 685 rebounds and 323 assists.

What a run my guy! You don’t need it, but felt you earned it! You’ll take it in stride, because you’re a better person than player! You’ll be hard to replace for years to come! Princetons Swiss Army Knife!
Another complete slap in the face from the Indiana all stars for the Evansville and surrounding areas. Lots of worthy kids down here, that win constantly and have the numbers to back it up. Time for a change!!! The disrespect is real.
The impact could be seen in pure numbers or on the court. But regardless of your preference, the following was truth - @Eholmes04 made Princeton basketball better. On the Courier & Press All-Southwestern Indiana Player of the Year:

The requirements to be an Indiana All Star is mind boggling to me. The top criteria should be the full 4 years of a players performance measured by both individual & team success. Unfortunately it seems like the top criteria is what school a player is committed to… What a joke!
Numbers speak for themselves. Kid started and played an average of 24 minutes for 102 varsity games. Had a career record of 77-25. A JR All Star with 2 regional championships and 2 SW Indiana player of the year awards. 1439 pts/323ast/685reb. 🤦🏻♂️
I’m not even sure what the rubric is! Just led a session with our student athletic club on not allowing sports/accolades to define you! Basketball doesn’t always have to jump off the page! There’s an All star in Princeton! Yet I’m still reacting to what I knew was coming smh!
After a great visit with Coach Gray and Spalding university I’m blessed to receive an offer to continue my athletic and academic career. All glory to god 🙏 ✝️
@Eholmes04 is an unsigned and Coaches are seeing his ceiling! This young man is a winner! Do it all! Makes the right play but can score it will from all three levels! And passes like a point guard!

Had the privilege of covering Edwin Holmes (@Eholmes04) and seeing his growth on-&-off the court throughout his four years at Princeton Community (@TigersPchs / @PCHSTigers) 🐅🏀. He absolutely deserves to be an Indiana All-Star! #pdcprepsports@LOB_24
