A fire on Elm St this morning was quickly extinguished by crews. We did NOT transport any injured firefighters, one with a minor burn treated on scene. @newscentermaine working to correct the story.
B-Crew with an All Hands fire at 66 Smith Street where they found a boarded-up vacant with heavy fire and exposures. Fire is out and crews are clearing, no injuries reported. #BGRFire
The act of giving found a way to shine thru pandemic gloom. Though @LOCAL_772 wasn't able to shop as usual for Greater Bangor @ToysForTots_USA, they found a way to provide gifts for many kids thanks to generous donations the union collected. We’re proud to help this & every year.
.@LOCAL_772 made their annual toy donation to @ToysForTots_USA this morning. $2,000 worth of toys and books will go to to local kids in need this Christmas. More tonight on @WABI_TV5.
As I reflect back on this picture of our Greg, as he poses for a picture mimicking a child’s first day of school, I can’t help but chuckle. Today we repost to congratulate him on his passing of the National Registry Paramedic Exam. #heybangor#mefire#paramedic
Get out and vote. We recommend voting for Jonathan Sprague, Dina Yacoubagha for Bangor City Council, Congressman Jared Golden, Jeff Solari for Bangor City Council, Joe Baldacci and U.S. Senator Susan Collins.
Stopped by the polls this morning to wish good luck to my favorite candidate, my dad! No matter the results today I am glad he stepped up to run. He’d be a wonderfully thoughtful voice to have on the Bangor City Council, a real asset to our city, but win or lose I’m proud of him!
