Yesterday, Sunday 20th September 2026, I had the honour to attend the finals of the U-16 Bamofin Ladipo Johnson (NDC Lagos Central Senatorial Candidate) cup 2026 at the Campos Mini Stadium, Lagos Island. It was indeed a pleasure watching youngsters dazzle on the pitch.

You don’t ever hide your hate for the Obidient movement, yet you’re too foolish to resign from a job that requires you to work closely with the movement.

A man handed the party’s megaphone who uses it to slap his own people is not fighting for NDC. He is fighting for a small, shivering ego that cannot survive a mosquito. You speak like a child whose mother never taught him that the tongue builds a throne or burns the palace. Every pebble that touches you becomes a declaration of war. That is not conviction. That is malnutrition of character.

Yoruba already settled this matter: "òkúrorò kìí kó èèyàn jọ" - a brute cannot gather people for any good work. Our fathers added another: "ọmọ tí a kò kọ́ ni yóò gbé ilé tí a kọ́ tà" - the child they refused to train will sell the house the father built. You are that child. You are selling the house in public and calling it loyalty.

A spokesperson is supposed to be honey and shade. You are vinegar and harmattan. People do not vote for a party whose face cannot govern his own saliva. Position without poise is just noise. The loudest drum is often the emptiest.

Block me if your fingers itch. I do not eat from your plate and I was not born to sit in your pocket. You are not an asset. You are the stone they tied to their own ankle. And a canoe with a hole does not argue with the river .... it sinks.

Then act like it. Stop acting like you’re working solely for the National leader.

You often come out as if there’s some unresolved internal competition between you and some of the guys from the “OK Movement”.

Some fake list came out, it was debunked immediately by the same movement whilst notably mentioning that the original list will come from the party, yet you still make it sound like they are undermining the party. It’s not a good outlook.

I went through Hydra's X timeline & the only time I saw anything relating to NDC last week is the appeal court judgment.

Even people who aren't party members of NDC post about the party & its candidates more than their supposed paid spokesman.

OPEN LETTER to @TheoAbuAgada

To set the record straight, Peter Obi is not your candidate. You may have been given an appointment that compels you to work in the same system that platforms Obi, but do not claim to be a member of the OK movement or even associate yourself with it.

As you have rightly said, you work for the NDC National Chairman, which automatically makes it a thing to work for Obi. However, we’ve seen you here post everything but Obi. In the past five days, a lot has been happening on this space about Obi. Not once have you tweeted or even reposted anything about your party’s candidate. You have demonstrated this openly.

You cannot say you support Obi’s presidency and be moving like that. As a spokesperson for the NDC, or whatever your appointment is, you ought to champion communication about your party’s candidate. Yet, you’ve posted the National Chairman more than even the candidate, or never even said a word about the candidate. You are just being practically inconsistent

Now Take a pause:

Face your work with the NDC and do it properly. You have accepted an appointment, and with that appointment comes a responsibility to represent and communicate the interests of the people and political structure you work for. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Own your role and deliver on it.
But do not attempt to have it both ways by trying to fight for the OK movement while simultaneously showing disgust for the movement. You cannot be on both sides whenever it is convenient and expect people not to notice the contradiction.

If your job is to communicate, then communicate. If your responsibility is to platform the NDC, then platform the NDC. If your role requires you to promote the National Chairman, then do exactly that. Deliver by platforming the NDC and leave the rest to Nigerians.

Nigerians are watching. Nigerians are paying attention. Nigerians are capable of making their own decisions about who they believe in and who they want to support. If you genuinely believe in the OK movement, then let the movement be promoted by those who are free to do so. There are millions of Nigerians who are already doing that without holding themselves out as representatives of a different political structure.

So, face your work with the NDC. Do your job. Promote your party and its candidate where that is your responsibility. But leave the OK movement to those who have chosen to identify with it freely and openly.
And if your present role makes it impossible for you to genuinely support or openly identify with the OK movement, then be honest about that too. There is no shame in it. But there is a problem with trying to create an impression that your appointment and your political allegiance are the same thing when your actions clearly suggest otherwise.

Infact while we are operating some requests for recordings. The benefits are that it keeps everyone in their best behaviors.
Infact if we do honorable things we should not be afraid whether they use it for content or not . That should not be an issue.
Offices are public spaces especially when dealing with the communities.
I believe the advice to give your men is to be honorable at all times because we don’t know who is watching and this should apply for everyone in any government parastatals on active duty.

65 FREE SURGERIES FOR 65 CHILDREN

Yesterday, I attended the final follow-up clinic and appreciation programme at Mother Mary Hospital, Isolo, Lagos, following the successful completion of 65 free surgeries for children to mark my 65th birthday.

I am deeply grateful to God Almighty for guiding the medical team throughout the process and for granting all 65 children safe and successful surgeries.

The surgeries, led by Dr Folaseye Adebayo and her dedicated team, included adenotonsillectomy. This procedure removes enlarged or chronically infected tonsils and adenoids, which can cause breathing difficulties, recurrent infections, and sleep-related problems in children.

What made the occasion particularly touching was listening to parents share their testimonies and hearing how these procedures have improved their children’s health and quality of life.

My profound appreciation goes to @DrFolaseye Adebayo and her entire team, the hospital management, the parents, and everyone who contributed to making this initiative possible.

For me, birthdays are not merely occasions for celebration. They are opportunities to give back, touch lives, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

I thank God for the privilege of being part of this initiative and, most importantly, for the gift of 65 healthy and hopeful children.

May God continue to bless all those who dedicate their lives to saving and improving the lives of others.
