One week to Learning Disability Pride !!!!!

This time next week we will be on the move…

A shuttle bus provided by @Translink_NI to the football grounds will be available from Carrickfergus Train Station.

The parade will be leaving Taylor’s Avenue @CarrickRangers grounds at 12pm sharp, led by the amazing James Marin BAFTA Winner and the stunning Kate Grant. Anyone who is walking in the parade please make sure you are at the grounds for 11:30am at the latest..

@QRadioOfficial Q Crew and volunteers will be leaving just before us to give all our amazing friends and families and supporters merchandise as the line the marine highway so they can use it to make some noise and show their PRIDE as we parade along the Marine Highway towards CARRICKFERGUS CASTLE CAR PARK where @RadioDecky will be welcoming in the 39 organisations that’s registered.

In the car park we will kick off the day with a few short speeches starting with the @Mayor_MEA

We will then have performances through the day by Trevor G Lemon as Elivis, Hawthorns Adult Centre (singing hands) Isla loves to sing Larne Adult Centre (reach for the stars choir) SkyzdalimitOmagh Gig Buddies Black Moon This Way Up CT Entertainment

Loads of guests on the day such as @LOC_Downevents @501stLegion @georgeGFYK The Big White Coach Events @NIFRSnews @NIAS999 and Blackberry Farm

We have loads of information stalls about services and support that’s available for people with a learning disability and their families, craft and food stalls…
