@virginmedia But you couldn't offer me the same deal as an existing customer matching new. My contract went from £65-80-£106+! New customer £34.99. I was offered £72+ to stay. My contract ended today. Terrible customer service and care. Clearly don't need or want customers.
@virginmedia your customer retention and customer service is a joke. Existing contract £64, going up to £84 then over £100 in a month. New customer deal online £34.99. Can't offer that to me! Bye bye then, hello @skytv £42 with Netflix.
@NianticHelp Hi. I followed the black Kyurem route. Completed a black Kyurem raid but during the time of completion and catch it had reverted to white so I didn't get one with the legacy move as promised? Can I be sent a EliteTM to correct this?

@LBofBexley Don't forget this is a service we pay extra for. They should try again later that day once temps have risen. Will be refunded for collections not made due to them not wanting to leave their warm cab?
@LBofBexley They don't even attempt it. So if they decide it's frozen on the collection day we have to wait another 2 weeks to see if they'll collect or do the same. This country is a joke in the winter. What next, letter boxes too cold to open for the postman.
