PLDT, I have talked to your agent and I told them to have my connection fix today, the agent said a technician will come today but no one came. Is this how you treat your customers? @PLDT_Cares

@PLDT_Cares How many more times do I have to give my accounts just so you can take immediate actions? As I said, It’s been the 6th day, and every time I talk to your agents they ask for the account which I have given but no action has been done.

@PLDT_Cares If this is your best then you’re not doing it right. 6 days of lost connection? I have reported it every day since I lost it but until now I don’t have a connection. Take actions instead of just talks.
@PLDT_Cares i’m seriously getting frustrated with you. It’s the 6th day of not having an internet connection. I have followed up everyday and was told that you’ll fix it but this is taking longer than what you said. This is very unefficient. 😑
