@SamsungUS I bought a refrig with an autofill pitcher a month ago. The lid doesn’t seal tightly and leaks/comes off when I pour water. I showed a CSR the problem in video chat. I’m told that I need to have a tech visit & verify the issue. Seems insane. I just want a new pitcher
