5 in 6 women who are raped don’t report and it's the same for 4 in 5 men. ONS found the following figures for non-reporting.
40%: was due to embarrassment.
38%: didn’t think the police could help.
34%: thought it would be humiliating.
End the stigma attached to victims of rape.
