@afmoldtimer fair point, however if we are to really consider this scenario realistic, then I go back to my point of having the option of communicating to the player I can double what he's asking for in terms of wages only if he sacks the agent :)

this is by far the most annoying thing in #FM22

1. agreed with player that his asking price should be at 110M
2. player asks for improved contract
3. agent includes a non-negotiable 45M release clause
4. obviously withdraw from contract talks which leaves the player unhappy

@milesSI If I remember well, we used to have the 'sack agent' option in these scenarios in #FM21 however that doesn't show up anymore

in trying to resolve player unhappiness there is absolutely no way to explain that the negotiations are over because of the ridiculously low release clause and no way to tell the player I'm ready to double his salary if he wants but with a reasonable release clause

@Shrewnaldo Poli Timisoara have an amazing story :) the club manageable in FM (2nd division) is actually a club created by fans after a classic Romanian bit of business saw them lose their club to a 'for-profit entitiy' which runs a duplicate of the club in the 3rd division :)
