LPSN has been acquired by Leibniz Institute #DSMZ. It will be integrated into the DSMZ’s Prokaryotic Nomenclature Up-to-date (PNU) database as an all-new service. This will ensure the long-term viability of LPSN, which will continue to be freely available to users.
