@BaltimoorBambi …just be mindful that there’s more to affording to own than the monthly mortgage pmt. Whenever anything breaks down in your home, you are responsible for the cost of repairs. Again, not discouraging, just wish someone would have offered this tidbit when we were searching 😌 2/2

@BaltimoorBambi Please keep in mind the “hidden” costs of homeownership. It’s not just about the monthly mortgage pmt. Home maintenance (no more calling the super), annual property taxes, HOA (where applicable), CDD fees (where applicable), and other items. I’m not saying don’t own… 1/2
