I don't know if it's been said loud enough, but Drake lost as soon as he said that Kendrick raps like he's trying to free slaves. This is a funny bar, I'll admit. These two guys should try standup. More to the point, people's issue with Drake is that he wears blackness as an aesthetic, but he doesn't speak on the issues to protect himself from being seen politically.
No one is making fun of Drake for being half-white; they're making fun of him for being a fraud.
J. Cole is also half-white, but he is safe because he is wholly a conscious rapper.
"Always rappin' like you 'bout to get the slaves freed."
— Drake yesterday
"Once upon a time, all of us was in chains/ Homie still doubled down, calling us some slaves."
— Kendrick Lamar today
