And now the 11th ticket @CityPowerJhb ! Bridging on the pole is NOT providing 3-phase supply! Still can't operate disability lift! See CPWEB4465107.

[Li Pernegger @LPernegger]

@CityPowerJhb So very frustrated! CPWEB4458902 on 2024-11-29 -> 9th ticket in a mth! ESCALATE!! Send techs that know wtf to do! One of 3 phases out,again. Disability lift CAN ONLY WORK WITH 3-PHASE CONNECTION! City Power trapping 90- year old in his house! Sies! So caring. Not.

[Li Pernegger @LPernegger]

Still waiting. Still no service. Tried calling you - only to be cut off by you when I was No 1 in the queue! So fed up.

[Li Pernegger @LPernegger]

@CityPowerJhb nice one! You closed the ticket but did not fix the problem. Logged again, see CPWEB4463017. 10th ticket in 5 weeks!! Are you coming to carry my 90-year dad up the stairs? He needs to get to the doctor but his disability lift can't work without the 3rd phase!

[Li Pernegger @LPernegger]

@CityofJoburgZA I was. Thank you. This was no 'inconvenience'. Sad to see the dusfunctionality.

[Li Pernegger @LPernegger]

@CityofJoburgZA ... this is fun. Not. Sitting in Thuso House. Got here at 7h00. Because the website does not say it opens at 90h00 on Wed. Reception sent us to wait on 1st floor. Now being scolded like a naughty 3-year olds by security for being in the wrong queue. No signs.

@MaMfikoe @JoburgFinance @CityofJoburgZA You must be joking. I prefer not to go to COVID-19 super-spreader events.

[Li Pernegger @LPernegger]

@sarstax I tried that call back option a few months ago. Still waiting for my call. But thanks for this response.

[mike schussler @mikeschussler]

Does anyone have the names of municipalities in which the ANC failed to register candidates for the local government elections? If not any idea when we the public will know? That would be interesting. Maybe retweet to get a wider audience. thank you

[Li Pernegger @LPernegger]

@keithspeacock @CityofJoburgZA Oh no, not Manny. 😢
