Kindly let me know what made you cancel my demo and installation. If your team can't work on it kindly refund my amount and hand pick the order from the place it was delivered. It is still packed.
As you can see messages to customer care are only one way communication.

I rather requested that to extend the item return date which is 22nd October. But no response from the support team. I gave my alternate number to call over messages but no attempt was made.
After so many attempts Flipkart now has cancelled my installation and demo.

Then again I had placed a complaint on @AJIOLife spoke with customer care service and their supervisor still there is no update regarding the delivery of my product. Is this how a customer is treated. How do you compensate my loss? I have been waiting since 22 days.

@AJIOLife I have ordered puma shoes Order ID #FL0159284935 on March 18th 2021. It's been 22 days since I have ordered the product, after raising one complaint they shipped the item after 13days from the date of order.

They assigned the parcel to @XpressBees_IN with tracking ID 136702114115470. But when tried to track the parcel it's displaying no data found. There's no contact details given to speak with logistics to which my product is assigned.

@Flipkart I had ordered a mobile phone on 18th December 2020 Order ID - OD120513918096132000 and the delivery was assigned @ekartlogistics. And now the order is out for delivery and delivery boy and the manager from the nearby hub says that the order cannot be delivered.

And now the manger of the @ekartlogistics machilipatnam hub thinks that I'm a village fool and spoke with me like you can't keep vijayawada pincode and tell us to deliver to your village. Is this how you speak with your customers previously I ordered a trimmer and they delivered
