@ETguru @airindiain @PMOIndia @HardeepSPuri It’s happend for me same situation my tickets were canceled due to COVID period started 05/2020 but tickets booked on 11/2019 still air india not issued my refund . It’s been 1.5 year.
I did multiple follow ups and tried from bank side to raise dispute nothing helped.
