35,000 promised to all Lagos State civil servants. To our surprise, primary school teachers received 20,000 as palliative to cushion the effect of fuel subsidy.

Given the increased demands, we kindly urge you to consider increasing our transportation allowance. Such support would go a long way in acknowledging our contributions and easing the financial burden we face during these challenging times.

However, we noticed that it does not include provisions for teachers who are also significantly impacted by these changes.

As dedicated educators, our responsibilities extend beyond just teaching, often requiring us to travel to multiple locations.

To ensure seamless examination exercise, the Executive Chairman LASUBEB, Dr. Hakeem Shittu, Board Secretary and Management of the Board monitored the Second Term Unified Examination of the Y2024/2025 Academic Session in some schools in the state today Tuesday, 26th March 2024.
