1. You need to play for 15 weeks while doing all weekly to unlock a single new hero. That's insanely long.
2. The game is still focused more around counter picking than any other game on the market making having less hero's lose you games.

@NagaEz League of Legends as an example a legendary cost 10€ and you can earn loot boxes for more.
Im R6 you can get elite skins for 15€ and they have even more stuff on them.
This combined with them having literally ILLEGAL selling tactic
It's normal for people to be pissed.

@NagaEz Most people aren't complaining that the skins cost money there complaining about how much money they cost 20€ for 1 skin is too much similar games with such a skin system make them cost half the amount and give additional ways to earn them.
