@fxenabler For what it's worth, my lay person's view is that it is inappropriate for Anglican priests to say/celebrate Mass/Eucharist alone. It makes it appear that the congregation are onlookers not participants.

A week before my 70th I walked with friends 70 miles Caernarfon - Porthmadoc. A kind of pilgrimage (Bardsey, R S Thomas, ... ) for me & my wife. As we ended, on my birthday, my (non-religious) friends built a cairn of 70 stones "to mark our pilgrimage." #TheFridayQuestion
