Congratulations to our January resident of the month! Dr. Austin Cripe immediately recognized a tension pneumothorax and placed a right-sided 14 Fr Quick Thal chest tube, then swiftly diagnosed and arranged an IR thrombectomy for a massive PE, all on a single night shift.
