The Gippsland Region Public Health Unit is pleased with the progress made over the last 48 hours in tracing and linking the 65 COVID-19 cases in Latrobe. This provides greater certainty in mitigating the risk of further exposure and spread.../2
As a result, the GRPHU will publish Tier 1 exposure sites as a priority and any high risk Tier 2 exposure sites will also be listed. Only sites of concern are being listed of the Department of Health website as well #gippsnews
There has been a lot of interest in exposure sites, in particular Tier 2 sites. According to the GRPHU the evidence suggests there have been no transmissions of the virus at any Tier 2 exposure site in Gippsland.../3
