Culinary students recently finished up their project that involved them building a business model for a food truck from the ground up.
They chose their most “popular” menu item to reproduced and be judged by a panel.

Students in our CTE Explorations program are going to be coming out with multiple skills and experiences and will have the knowledge on what they may want to focus on for the rest of their high school career.
