2024 the year a lot of hard work finally paid off:
- Premiered The Land That Never Was @CamdenPT (coming to @TronTheatre / @captheatres in March)
- Toured The Enlightened to Schone Aussicht Festival in Stuttgart
- Revived Sycamore Grove @theatre503@bedlamfringe
Roll on 2025!
Super excited to bring The Land That Never Was to @jemimalevick's inaugural season @TronTheatre
Part TED Talk about a conman who made up a country. Part confessional storytelling. Mostly bullshit.

@rebeccawwrites Would love to have a chat sometime, I've had a great time directing suburban horror w/ @DanielRW89 and folk horror w/ @babyleafsaladd so would love to connect with more horror theatre writers!
📢THE RUMOURS ARE TRUE, WE'RE CASTING📢
Seeking 4 actors who assist us in an R&D period (x2 days) for LITTLE SISTER, a dark, compelling folk horror set in Rosses Point, Co. Sligo
More details in the thread below - we are particularly interested in hearing from Irish creatives☘️
👻SPOOKY NEWS👻
we will be doing a public rehearsed reading of @babyleafsaladd’s folk horror play LITTLE SISTER (shortlisted for @WomensPlayPrize 2021) in January 2025
This project will be directed by friend of the company @LRees96, and will be posting info on casting soon x
Loved the past week learning, sharing, and dreaming up big new ideas with some incredible artists in Italy
Thanks to Teatro Due, Fondazione Teatri di Reggio Emilia, and @CreativeScots Open Fund for Individuals
@TheatreSpoonie Seems CS is way overburned with Open Fund apps and general chaos from Scottish govt so it's easier to outsource to the Fringe Soc. Given it's explicitly about promoting Scottish arts at the Fringe for international touring the FS are actually pretty sensible to evaluators imo
@ThatCatMacLeod @andfriends_gla 1) assisting is a mess, FST often only funds 1 placement and there's no clarity about what level of exp is needed
2) lack of venue transparency re pitching and programming
3) overall lack of work produced, so where do you hone your craft beyond rehearsed readings/the odd scratch?
