1/4: Our children & young people must have role models from STEM fields who resemble them somehow. Last week, I met a scientist, science communicator & author whom I admire deeply. @tasneemzhusain was invited by @imperialcollege to give a talk about Dr. Abdus Salam!

3/4: she eloquently conveyed how the rich heritage of Punjab influenced Salam's exploration of the unification of fundamental forces. She also used hand-drawn diagrams to simplify the intricacies of Salam's Nobel Prize-winning research on the Higgs Boson.
