I’m not sure the world would have believed some of the reporters in the room had it not been. I believe we can do better. I know we can do better. Proud to be an American? Maybe. But today made it that much more difficult.

Proud to be an American? I’m not sure what that even means anymore. Watching the “leader” who was elected to the highest seat in our nation get in a televised pissing contest with the man who has been leading a nation against a dictator is just down right heartbreaking.

Politics aside, the exchange today that occurred in the Oval Office was disappointing and disgraceful. It was a calculated attempt to belittle the leader of a nation that is fighting every second to keep their sovereignty. Part of me is glad is was caught on camera.
