DVI, to close in 9/30/21, & CCC, to close 6/30/22, prisons in CA are reception centers. Losing those will hurt. HDSP, next door to CCC can't operate w/o CCC being operational, they share waste water treatment plant. @GavinNewsom WHY? You are HURTING FAMILIES! @dbongino HELP!
