@VerizonSupport I have many concerns. What should have taken at most cost me 2 hours of my day and I came up empty handed. If I can't get this done, then I will have to seriously consider changing to a different carrier. How do I speak directly with someone?

Just had the worst in-store experience @Verizon. 1st customer in the store, spent 2 hours trying to upgrade to new Pixel phones, add additional line, and purchase 2 @GooglePixel_US. Left store with nothing. They kept changing stuff. #frustrating
