Le Sueur has lost another sports legend in Mike Keenan. He died Wednesday at 77.
Mike was Joe Driscoll’s early townball catcher. In ‘71 region final, Keenan, short & stout, hit what remains in legend to be slowest triple in adult baseball history to send Le Sueur to state.
"The Voice of the Valley has found his final score." Mike Kennan's adult life was dedicated to supporting amateur sports, including @LeSueurBraves Baseball as board president (37 years) & PA announcer, at a level that is practically unparalleled. His absence will be felt. ⚾️🎙️✨
We’re excited to be the host team again this year for the gopher classic! As we welcome all teams with good talent again this year. Here is the schedule for the weekend. #CantWait#IsItBaseballSeasonYet?

Sam Gupton (‘24, Le Sueur,MN) gets on plane with this difficult pitch and drives it to the left side. Gupton showed good B2B skills making loud contact all weekend. As slender frame fills good G2G to long ball power should emerge. @pitch2pitch@PG_WiscMinn#16uBattle
