MON 06/10 11:00 TRAVEL UPDATE: Sumburgh Airport (LSI) OPEN 📢
Sumburgh Airport is now open, and Loganair flights are planned to operate as scheduled from this afternoon.
The first Loganair flight scheduled to arrive in Sumburgh is the LM078 from Aberdeen at 15:50, and the first Loganair flight scheduled to depart Sumburgh is the LM079 to Aberdeen at 16:25.
An additional flight has also been confirmed departing Sumburgh for Glasgow; the LM434 is expected to depart Sumburgh at approximately 13:00. Passengers are being contacted directly and advised not to travel to the airport unless they have a confirmed flight.
We thank you for your ongoing patience and understanding in light of the challenges caused by the closure of Sumburgh Airport for commercial flights due to Storm Amy.
