On 18th April 2018 the LSK, moved by the unlawful and un-procedural manner in which the Ministry of Lands & Physical Planning was effecting electronic conveyancing, moved to court where it successfully sought and obtained temporary conservatory orders staying the implementation

In this respect, the LSK shall be moving the court for orders of contempt against the Cabinet Secretary and Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Lands.

Held a consultative meeting with CS Ministry of Lands @Faridakaroney to iron out the concerns raised by LSK members on the ongoing digitization process. The LSK is keen on ensuring that the process is done consultatively and properly to ensure effectiveness and ease of use.
