Education is an equally important in making sure Santonos are safe on the road. Our Community Relations Division have been out conducting informational checkpoints in an effort to keep those on our roads safe.

The #LSRain caused trees to fall on the roadway all over SoSan. If you see a tree on the roadway look for downed power lines also. If you see powerlines on the roadway stay clear of them and call 911.
The #LSRain Is moving fast. Officers were responding to help with evacuations. Within seconds their vehicle was consumed by the mud. All officers are safe.
Approximately 400 new permanent bollards integrated into the City's streetscape will address security threats, promote pedestrian flow, and maintain safe and open public spaces.
