Pwy arall sy’n teimlo fel Pam heno ma? 😵💫
Ar ôl misoedd o addewidion am berthynas newydd â Chymru a ffordd newydd o weithio gan y Trysorlys, mae cyllideb heddiw wedi dangos nad oes dim wedi newid.
Nid dyma’r tegwch y pleidleisiodd pobl Cymru drosto.
Andy Burnham’s Budget has got us all feeling like Pam 😵💫
After months of promises about a new relationship with Wales and a new approach from the Treasury, today’s budget has shown that nothing has changed.
This is not the fairer future the people of Wales voted for.
Today’s UK Budget fails to address longstanding challenges in the Welsh economy.
We needed greater investment in our transport infrastructure and funding to keep pace with the pressures on public services.
Plaid Cymru is standing up for Wales.
Over £300 million for Leeds station.
Just £30 million for Welsh rail - and even that is a recycled announcement.
How can Labour possibly claim this is a fair deal for Wales?
Labour promised £14 billion for Welsh rail in February.
All we got today was a recycled announcement of £30 million towards Cardiff Parkway Station.
This isn't the step change we were promised by Burnham and it doesn't match the needs of the people of Wales.
£450m over three years sounds impressive until you look at the detail.
Wales would have needed a further £350m in 2027-28 alone just to avoid a real-terms cut to day-to-day spending.
This underwhelming Budget delivers the worst funding settlement for Wales in years.
Amidst a challenging global environment, this budget is about protecting your pocket and building a stronger Wales in a Stronger Britain.
We’re giving £450 million in extra spending power to the Welsh Government to fund public services like the NHS.

Plaid Cymru has labelled today's Budget 'the worst funding settlement for Wales in years', with no 'meaningful progress on longstanding injustices' proving that Wales is little more than an 'afterthought' to UK Labour https://t.co/Krh10eWOyW
Where was the ambition for Wales in this budget?
No attempt to right past wrongs, no real cost-of-living support, and no fair deal for our nation.
Despite big promises, it seems that while the faces in Downing Street may have changed, the Treasury's approach to Wales has not.
Addawodd Andy Burnham dwf ym mhob cod post drwy ddatganoli o San Steffan.
Ond mae angen mwy na mân newidiadau i wneud hynny.
Rhaid i’r Prif Weinidog ddilyn uchelgais pobl Cymru a rhoi’r un pwerau economaidd i’n cenedl ag sydd gan yr Alban, er mwyn i’n cymunedau allu ffynnu.
Andy Burnham promised growth in every postcode by moving power away from Westminster.
But small, rehashed tweaks won’t cut it.
The PM must match the ambition of the people of Wales and give our nation the same economic powers as Scotland so our communities can prosper.
"Wales is the only common law country in the world to have a government and a parliament, but not its own justice system and what that leaves Wales with is an anomalous, complicated, and highly complex system." - Dr Robert Jones (full story story below 👇)
Any breathing space afforded to households in the Chancellor's Budget today is to be welcomed, but Wales needs and deserves far more than a temporary fix.
For decades, our economy has been at an unfair disadvantage. An outdated funding formula, a lack of meaningful fiscal levers and policy driven from and for the city of London never has and never will never work for Wales.
This has left our nation facing the worst financial settlement since the years of George Osborne's destructive austerity agenda.
Today, the Chancellor should be showing the urgency and ambition required to overcome the huge economic challenges we face. This should include:
Introducing targeted measures to support those most in need through the cost-of-living crisis.
Reversing real-terms cuts to Wales's budget so we can properly invest in our public services.
Bringing forward £1bn of rail funding for Wales in the current Spending Review as part of the wider £14bn commitment.
Granting Wales greater fiscal flexibility putting us on an equal footing with Scotland.

Mae unrhyw gymorth a roddir i aelwydydd yng Nghyllideb y Canghellor heddiw i’w groesawu, ond mae Cymru angen ac yn haeddu gymaint gwell na datrysiad dros dro.
Ers degawdau, mae ein heconomi wedi bod o dan anfantais. Nid yw a ni fydd fformiwla ariannu sydd wedi dyddio, diffyg pwerau ariannol gwirioneddol, a pholisïau sy'n cael eu llunio o Lundain at ddibenion Llundain yn gweithio i Gymru.
Oherwydd hyn, mae ein cenedl yn wynebu'r setliad ariannol gwaethaf ers cyfnod llymder dinistriol George Osborne.
Heddiw, dylai'r Canghellor ddangos y brys a'r uchelgais sydd ei angen i oresgyn yr heriau economaidd enfawr rydym yn eu hwynebu. Dylai hyn gynnwys:
Cyflwyno mesurau wedi'u targedu i gefnogi'r rhai sydd angen y cymorth fwyaf yn ystod yr argyfwng costau byw.
Gwrthdroi’r toriadau mewn termau real i gyllideb Cymru, er mwyn i ni allu buddsoddi'n briodol yn ein gwasanaethau cyhoeddus.
Dod a £1 biliwn o gyllid a addawyd ar gyfer rheilffyrdd Cymru yn ei flaen i’r cyfnod Adolygiad Gwariant presennol.
Rhoi mwy o hyblygrwydd ariannol i’n cenedl, gan roi’r un grymoedd i Gymru a’r hyn sydd gan yr Alban.
Wales has around 10% of the rail network, but receives just 1% of Network Rail’s spending across England and Wales.
The UK Government has promised £14bn to address decades of underfunding.
Today’s Budget must bring forward £1bn of that funding now.
"The people of Wales have voted for change." 🏴
A fydd San Steffan yn gwrando ar Gymru heddiw?

Due to increasing pressures, many businesses aren't able to grow or offer employment opportunities.
Plaid Cymru is calling on the UK Government to cut VAT for hospitality businesses to 10% in tomorrow's budget to give our high streets the breathing space they need to thrive.
