@hotworx Shreveport is not a company to do business with. Joined in March, wasn’t able to work out and tried to cancel in May. They said I have a 6 month contract. Came in today and was told I had to wait another 30 days to cancel or I could have paid $99 fee to cancel.
@elonmusk Looking for government waste is appropriate. However, non-profit cheaters should also be audited. Plenty play by the rules but those who don’t are obvious and easy wins for the taxpayer.
@PrincessCruises I am on the Regal Princess now. We received $360 credit for our next cruise last month on the Emerald. I brought the letter and guest services says I can’t use the credit on this cruise. I will not be on another Princess cruise if this is not corrected.
@PrincessCruises Just heard from Regal Princess Guest Services and they said no this cruise credit is not available. Too bad, I like Princess but we will not be back if they do not honor this credit.

@AmericanAir Godrun at FLL should never talk to customers. Very rude We tried to check our bags and she said no, too early. I asked is their a place for storage…she said no. I asked for a supv, again no. Then I find out I could check bags outside for $4. Terrible service.
She was absurd. I asked is there no other solution than for us to wait 90 minutes with our luggage around the counter. She said, “you chose this flight”…. All the while, knowing I could leave the bags at curbside checkin for $4
@PrincessCruises I know it’s a holiday, but I’ve spent all day trying to help you help me! The airfare I bought from you did not deliver & instead of moving my cruise to a later one; you’ve spent all day trying to connect me to a later port with no comp for lost days. Silly😢
Purchased a TV. Once home, we found a hair line crack. Returned it to the store & they refused to replace. Policy is 30 day return but they refused. I will never shop there again. PS: I bought a bigger, replacement TV at Conn’s for $200 less. @BestBuy
@AmericanAir After 6 weeks, 2 online requests & 1 letter; I’ve heard nothing about my refund due to the 18 hr mechanical delay. So at DFW, I visited w customer service who said this was the only way to get your attention. Can someone please do the right thing?
