Had my performance review after our VP of Operations was kicked out for sexual harassment. My new boss told me I won’t get a pay raise because I “have my big girl title, and experience only counts if it’s with the company”. (continued)

I was told that I could send her an email explaining why I think I deserve a pay raise and even if I do, it won’t be looked at until Feb 2023 when the president gives raises. I do the work of 3 employees, including hers because she doesn’t “feel like it”. (there’s more)

Paid for my certification out of pocket and taking the exam next month. Company wanted me to wait til next year then I’d have to stay another 2 years if they paid for it. Nah I’m good ✌🏼
