@VelezNephHepato@UpToDate The patient had hypervolemic and hyponatremia in the setting of CHF. Urine studies were obtained at initial presentation with Uosm 369 and UNa <10. Diuresis was attempted with negative 18L but no improvement in sodium. There was no schizophrenic treatment decision.
