@greateranglia today I received a penalty fare for having selected the wrong railcard. The train controller was rude, did not have a face covering and could not explain why I was being fined. I tried to explain that both railcards (17-25 and Two together) have the same discount

@greateranglia but he would not even look at me in the eye. Rude, depersonalised, unprofessional and careless about the pandemic. I really hope no one has to go through this again. I a also expecting a refund (£80)
