@myaccessbank I made transaction since on the 20th of May, 2026 for an emergency which has not been received by the beneficiary till date.
I have logged complaint, spoked to a number of your reps, still not received.
@fccpcnigeria@NDICNigeria@cenbank
Your actions has caused untold disappointment to the beneficiary resulting to incurring an avoidable debt and emotional distress for me.
All I needed was to complete a transaction, you have failed and breached the protection of my fund.
I am sending complaints to
[email protected]
You claimed the transaction was successful and you escalated to the beneficiary's bank.
The beneficiary bank has also escalated that payment has not been received and over 72 hours of the said transaction, you have neither reversed nor credited the beneficiary account.

While I agree with you on the need to fix our educational system starting with the curriculums.
Companies (professionals) also cannot absolve themselves from the need to contribute directly or indirectly to the development of the functional system.
There are so many graduates in Nigeria but very few people that can be hired.
Every single organisation i know is experiencing that challenge.
The problem in most cases is really not about low salary, the quality of our graduates are very poor.
We need to really fix education.
