@LSamosn@unacceptfringe Most likely Unions using there members $$, foreign funding, this idiots funding since he started has never been disclosed either, heard he had 180k + that is unaccounted for.🤔
@AlbertaCanada60 Census is a waste of taxpayer $$$$. The results depend on honest self reporting - the gov't has no idea who & how many are hiding in the country.
Does anyone else in Canada 🇨🇦 think the Census information requested is EXTREMELY an invasion of privacy, some of the questions are very personal, seems like the gov't is going over board.
Any thoughts ???
@erik_thorvalds His superpower was in the HoC, quick slogans. And is there a Statute of Limitations to call yourself an "Albertan" when you haven't lived in the province for > 25 years?
Why does legacy media have to be so adversarial toward citizens?
The media is supposed to hold governments and other powerful institutions accountable. Instead, it seems to have set its sights on the public itself.
Citizens who ask questions, raise concerns, challenge official narratives, or seek accountability are dismissed, disparaged, and portrayed negatively rather than recognized as active participants in a healthy democracy. There is something seriously wrong when the media treats engaged citizens as a threat instead of recognizing them as the people democracy is meant to serve.
And importantly, the public funds the media—not the government! Too many, especially those in legacy media, seem to forget that. Citizens are not the enemy. They are the people these institutions are supposed to serve, and they certainly are the ones funding them.
A free and independent media plays a vital role in a democracy, but that role is not to shield those in power from scrutiny. It is to ensure that power is exercised responsibly, transparently, and in the public interest.
Imagine if legacy media spent more time facilitating honest discussions about the serious issues in Canada and less time chasing cheap gotcha moments, partisan narratives, and public disparagement.
We would all be better off.
But perhaps that is not the goal. 🤔
@Roll4Rod A neighbour who didn't complete her census because she was out of province caring for a family member, had a gov't hire come to her door with "this is your last warning!"
With Canada’s 88,000 jobs in May, 30,000 were temporary census workers. So out of the 58,000 jobs created Alberta had 14,000. That’s 25% of the job growth just from Alberta. So WTF are you talking about? Are you retarded?
African migrant harasses, follows, films and berates white Canadian man for leaving a park, yelling at him and accusing him (and Canada in general), of being racist.
He doesn't get to come to our country and dictate who should stay around him. The Canadian man clearly said he doesn't feel comfortable around him.
These are the immigrants that the IRCC is now prioritizing, btw... many of them coming in with their PRs already in hand or their asylum cases approved.

Danielle Smith pulled a bait-and-switch on independence supporters with the "Alberta Sovereignty Act" which later became "Alberta Sovereignty within a United Canada" which later became the Smith government fighting together with Mark Carney to destroy the independence movement.

Avi Lewis, the leader of the Federal NDP party in CAnada wants a global income tax, to redistribute wealth equally across the planet.
He's either truly evil, or absolutely retarded. It's not both.
Either way, he shouldn't be anywhere near the levers of power.
@LSamosn@echipiuk That would be annual elections. Most people wouldn't want that. As a population we prefer to be inattentive when it comes to politics. We are the authors of our own misfortune.
