@AccPharmacist You're absolutely right. BUT, when I asked my local CVS PharmD for the district manager's name and number to discuss how dangerous the situation in the pharmacy is, she would not give it to me. Told me I have to post a review or call 800-SHOP-CVS. ????

@cvspharmacy @CVSHealth I picked up Rxs and was only given one. Charged me, not insurance. Supplied it for the THIRD time. Never mentioned my doctor called in 5 more and they were ready as well. I only knew when I looked at your app regarding a different situation.

They just picked up the phone and hung up on me 2 days ago. Then the PharmD told me that if I wanted to speak with leadership I either have to post a review or call 800-SHOP-CVS... ARE THEY KIDDING ME? An ex-employee at another Rx said he will never work at CVS again bc of this.

@cvspharmacy I shouldn't have to "go online & post a review" or "Call 800-shop-CVS" to get to a district leader w/ the ability to fix probs w/ your ops. Your local leadership, says this is the only way. So, do I post a neg review first? How would you like to proceed?

We also found that Topicort 0.25% worked better than Triamcinolone. It’s a stronger strength but only for 2 weeks at a time. No sensitive areas.

@amojoneswrites @ClaireCon_ We love Elidel. You can usually find a prescription card for it. Works great for my step-daughter. Topicort 0.25% (only 2weeks at a time and not on sensitive areas like face, bends of elbow, groin) is great for bad flare-ups.
