A deal has been done. Finally, people with #cysticfibrosis living in England will have access to #Orkambi and #Symkevi. We thank the community for their support and campaigning to get access to #LifeSavingDrugsNow! More to follow
@stevenmavrou@coach_kevin_m No idea if it would help Steve but we ask parents to vote for MOM (but can't vote for own child). That way you still get to shine the spotlight on what that child did well. Works for us, gets spread & no 'bias' is considered.
@XtraLeicester It was the silly wages. Not the fees. In those 2 seasons we were still 11th for spend. Across Brendans 4yrs we were 18th for nett spend & 14th for spend of 16 clubs who were in the league for those 4 years, daft wages were the downfall.
@bifoldsplus@Wolfismithbrake@XtraLeicester@TomCollomosse We were 18th for nett spend across that period. 15 teams played the 4yrs in the Prem & we were 14th in transfer spend. But what we did spend was mainly wasted/panic (eg Jannick)
That said, the main reason we were in the red was down to who negotiated wages & contract lengths.
@Wolfismithbrake@XtraLeicester@TomCollomosse Rodgers nett spend was 45m over 4 years which was about the lowest of any prem club not promoted.
We bought shit, but he also didnt find the players, negotiate wages or fees. Nor did he run assets contracts down so likes of YT could leave on a free. Book stops with Rudkin imo.
@OorRoy@ChelseaFC I just gave you the stats. You did very well to ignore the other 19 games he came on and only back the 4 he did!
You said he does it all the time, but I'm pre warning the guy as lost 5 times out of 6 pretty much won't win him money.
@Peaked1nterest@dukester_94 That was our whole squad cost. Not one window. We didnt have several hundred million £s of players already being paid for on the balance sheet..
@LCFC_1884_OK The lad was 20 for the whole season, in a new league and new country. Surely you can see he has a high ceiling. (As should Facundo). But calling his a flop is either clueless or flat out disrespect.
Leicester City:
Steve Cooper: 10 points, 12 games, 16th, sacked. Apparently football wasn’t pretty enough for fans and points tally not meeting owners expectations.£3.5m in pay off🤣
Ruud Van Nistelrooy: soon to be 7 points in 20 games. Crap football, crap results, relegated🤣
6 - Tonight was Leicester’s sixth consecutive home defeat without scoring in the Premier League – the longest ever run of home losses without a goal by any side within a single season in English top-flight history. Bleak.
