@MoneySavingExp sold my leasehold house 7/6/24 and after have been stung by bill of £300 by Vivid Homes for repairs+building insurance. I already paid this to the mgmt company Trinity acting on behalf of Vivid. Vivid say it’s not their problem and I owe the money immediately.
