Ever wonder what happens when you take a break from posting on X?

I used to be pretty active and once hit over 100k impressions.

But after getting bored and stepping away for a month, I’ve come back to just 5,000 impressions a day.

It’s disappointing to see such a drop!

Does the algorithm really penalize us for taking time off, or is it just me?
