this is where i spend all my time and effort embarrassing myself by trying to use my voice in the same way that non-ignorant vocalists do...

@PlayWarframe this game really is... so frickin good, man. i only started playing around βthe end of February-early Marchβ (2026), and i'm already approaching 1,100 hours on the game. even though i'm already MR 25, and would say i'm around the "mid-to-late game", every couple days i continue discovering new things, while still thoroughly enjoying the stuff i'm focusing on in between new discoveries.
for example, i needed Maw Fang for an incarnon today (i haven't done a whole lot with incarnons yet, technically). i go to Duviri, start doing that little minigame for the first time (i think), and AGAIN it makes me think "wow, this game is so awesome, man... there's so much DEPTH, and truly is a fulfilling experience compared to practically any other game i've ever played".
it's very likely i'll be employed again in about a month or so, and i couldn't be more content with Warframe being [what will most likely be] the last game i TRULY grind for like 12+ hours per day for months in a row (obviously with some days where i couldn't play, or only being able to play for a few hours).

at least 90% of the time, mhm. if you're listening specifically to raw vocals, keep in mind "that's not really fair". unless you're a very gifted singer, your raws are gonna sound pretty bad, and yet, very gifted singers still often need pitch correction in the studio π€·π»ββοΈ
the voice is an extremely difficult "instrument to play"
i honestly don't know why everybody doesn't do this, especially bigger streamers who have panic attacks every night after their CCV goes down by 100. if you want people to stay, these kind gestures are the things that keep your numbers up.
if Steam was a streamer, they'd be CaseOh.
@StreamElements if y'all genuinely have a great team, fuck your leadership, start your own company together, and literally all you have to do is not purposefully run it into the ground π
bro please... just paywall the service behind $1-$5 or SOMETHING. if you're going to let yourself drown and give us to someone that will most likely do that to us anyway (i'm assuming they'd want a return on investment SOMEHOW), then STOP SINKING. you don't HAVE to survive solely on donations. people will forgive you. you genuinely did your best for as long as possible to avoid it.
make some money off of us (outside of donations), re-hire people that got laid off and want to come back... there's no reason to let this ship go down...

i was a streamer many many years ago (was affiliate), and one of my friends still subs to me (knowingly/purposefully) XD. i used to get a paycheck like once a year or so when that sub would eventually earn the minimum payout. however, for a while now, whenever i go to buy bits, i see this message. is this what y'all mean? π§
