Every generation of software made humans more productive. Excel made accountants more productive. CRM made salespeople more productive. ERP made operations more productive.

But all of it automated process, never judgment. The tacit knowledge of your best people (the pattern recognition, the contextual decisions, the expertise that made a twenty-year veteran irreplaceable) software could systematize around it but never encode it.

Token capital is the first system that crosses that line. It doesn't just enhance human judgment. It learns it, encodes it, and compounds it back into the organization with every decision made.

Token capital compounds human capital.

The sovereignty test is does your company's knowledge live inside the model (in which case the model provider owns it, not you) or outside it, in private evals, knowledge bases, organizational memory you control. The firms that win own everything below the model layer because it makes every future token cheaper and smarter than the last.

Firms won't own their own models. The capex is prohibitive and platforms like Microsoft will commoditize model access entirely. The real IP lives in the layer underneath.
